MIP publishes IP Star individual rankings for 2020!

The results are in! Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) just published this year’s IP Stars individual rankings, and we’re proud to announce that for the fourth year in a row, both Ann De Clercq (Founding Partner, Patent Attorney) and Joost Muylle (Trademark & Design Attorney) are included in this prestigious list.

Ann has been singled out as a leading practitioner in patent prosecution, whereas Joost has received acknowledgement as a trailblazer in the area of trademark prosecution. 

To compile the rankings, an experienced team of research analysts gathers information from thousands of firms, IP practitioners and their clients through interviews, email and online surveys. They also conduct independent research, including an analysis of publicly available information (such as court and IP office data) and thoroughly assess aspects such as expertise, workload, market reputation, track record, outcomes achieved for clients, and unique strengths in a given practice area.
