Founded in 1999 by Dr. Ann De Clercq in Latem, our firm began with a clear mission: to provide expert intellectual property services with a client-focused approach. Over the years, we expanded our presence, to Leuven and Hasselt to better serve our growing client base.

We take great pride in being a female-founded firm, built on Ann’s vision of delivering tailored IP strategies for inventors, businesses, and global brands. Our commitment to innovation and excellence has been further strengthened through strategic moves reinforcing our expertise and enhancing our service offerings.

Today, our partners lead with the same dedication and forward-thinking approach that has defined us for 26 years. In April 2025, three junior partners were welcomed who are on their way to partnership in 2026.
