For those new to EPAC, it's a rigorous certification focusing on European patent procedures, including the EPO, PCT, and Paris Convention. It tests proficiency in patent routes, application procedures, and related administrative tasks.
Earlier this year Sarah Awad and Marjolijn De Weerdt obtained their certification. Laura and Fabian now make our office home to five Certified European Patent Administrators!

Moldova to become the 40th EPC contracting state on 1 June 2026
On 1 June 2026, the European Patent Organisation (EPO) will grow to 40 contracting states with the accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Patent Convention (EPC).
