The EUIPO SME Fund supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by partially reimbursing costs related to intellectual property (IP) rights.

While grants for 2025 opened in February 2025, funds for Vouchers 1, 2 and 3 were quickly exhausted.

Now, Vouchers 1, 2 and 3 are available again (Voucher 4 is still available):

  • Voucher 1 -  IP scans and IP scan enforcement: up to EUR 1350;
  • Voucher 2 - Trademarks and Designs: up to EUR 700;
  • Voucher 3 – Patents: up to EUR 1000 (national patent applications) or EUR 2500 (EP patent applications);
  • Voucher 4 - Plant Variety Rights: up to EUR 1500 (voucher still available)

Important: Funds for these vouchers are generally exhausted very quickly. So, do not hesitate to submit your application as soon as possible.
