MIP reveals 2020 rankings for Trademark Prosecution firms

Earlier this year, our trademark team was already recommended by the World Trademark Review for Trademark Prosecution. Now, the renowned Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) has also released their 2020 rankings for Belgium Trademark Prosecution and we are proud to announce that our firm has made it to Tier 2 (Silver).
To put together the rankings, MIP takes into account many factors. A team of experienced analysts considers protection/registration-related work including protection strategy and portfolio management advice and IP Office proceedings such as oppositions and appeals. Especially in Europe, they also look at the work done at regional IP Offices such as the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
