MIP IP STARS highly recommends De Clercq & Partners for Trademark Prosecution

The renowned Managing IP (MIP) has released their IP STARS 2022 trade mark firm rankings. We are proud to announce that our firm has made it to the highest status of Highly Recommended in Belgium for Trademark Prosecution.
To put together the rankings, MIP takes into account many factors. A team of experienced analysts considers protection/registration-related work including protection strategy and portfolio management advice and IP Office proceedings such as oppositions and appeals. Especially in Europe, they also look at the work done at regional IP Offices such as the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
