The seminar will be divided into two brief engaging sessions:

1. Case Studies in Patent Management: Frank Verbeke, Group IP Coordinator at Renson, will delve into practical examples, sharing how business strategies impact patent decisions. 2. Round Table Discussion: The presentation will be followed by an interactive discussion with questions from the audience. Rob van de Coevering, Global IP Director at Beaulieu International Group, and Evi Van Ballaer from De Clercq & Partners, will join Frank and Robrecht in a panel discussion moderated by David Lesthaeghe. In this session, we will discuss typical questions that arise, drawing from the extensive knowledge from IP managers in industry and from patent attorneys that have extensive experience both as in-house counsel as well as in private practice.
