MBI Entrepreneurial Lab: Regulatory, IP and risk management strategy

For their Entrepeneurial Lab on Regulatory, IP and Risk Management Strategy, MBI has invited our very own Ann De Clercq and Liesbet Paemen to coach the different teams. 

As the teams grow their venture, their entrepreneurial leadership skills are also evolving. The challenge for them is to realize their plan and scale the business. The MBI Life Sciences & Health program is specifically designed to guide them through this journey. The program combines excellent education in entrepreneurial management with leadership development training and personal coaching focused on their venture, allowing it to grow faster and more sustainably.

As a coach, Ann and Liesbet will challenge the venture with questions based on their own experience. They will help the venture team to mirror their case on the different aspects of their venture.
