David Lesthaeghe named MIP Rising Star for the second year in a row

Autumn is coming in hard and so are the results of this year's Managing IP Rising Stars publication. This special publication recognises some of the best up-and-coming IP practitioners in private practice who contributed to the success of their firms and clients.

For the second year in a row, our very own David Lesthaeghe is featured for his excellent work in patent prosecution and litigation. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition, David! In previous years, other DCP-colleagues such as Kris Papaert and Jeff Gyi were featured as well. Proud to have such a high-achieving team!

Earlier this year, De Clercq & Partners was ranked as Tier 1 firm for Patent Prosecution and Tier 2 for Trademark Prosecution. Moreover, Ann De Clercq and Joost Muylle were both named IP Star for the sixth year in a row!

We cannot wait to see what Managing IP has in store for us in 2022.
