De Clercq & Partners named in list of recommended firms by MIP

The prestigious Managing IP (MIP) has released its IP STARS 2023 trademark firm rankings. We are honored that we made it once more to the list of recommended firms in Belgium (Tier 2) and Benelux (Tier 3) in ‘Trademark Prosecution’.

To put together the rankings, MIP takes into account several factors. A team of experienced analysts considers protection and registration-related work including protection strategy and portfolio management advice and IP Office proceedings such as oppositions and appeals. Especially in Europe, they also look at the work done at regional IP Offices such as the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
