De Clercq & Partners Professionals Assume Key Roles in epi Committees for 2023-2026 Term

We are proud to announce that several professionals from De Clercq & Partners have been elected to significant committees of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi) for the term 2023-2026.

Koen Vanhalst Takes Over Biotechnology Committee Role: Following Ann De Clercq's dedicated 20-year service, our partner Koen Vanhalst is set to assume responsibilities on the Biotechnology Committee.
Andrej Michalík Represents Belgium in EPPC: Our esteemed partner, Andrej Michalík, has been elected as the Belgian member of the European Patent Practice Committee (EPPC).
Ann De Clercq Appointed to Litigation Committee: Ann De Clercq herself has been elected as the Belgian member for the Litigation Committee.
