Kindly note that our offices will be closed from December 24, 2020 until January 3, 2021. We will be back in business on Monday January 4, 2021.

Please rest assured that the protection of your IP will not be affected. If you have any deadlines that need to be handled in this period, our colleagues will be in touch in due time. If you require assistance during the holiday period, kindly provide us with your instructions as soon as possible and before December 16, 2020.

• The European Patent Office (EPO) will be closed from Thursday December 24, 2020, resuming business on Monday January 11, 2021.
• The Belgian Patent Office will be closed from Friday December 25, 2020, resuming business on Tuesday January 5, 2021.
• The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) will be closed on:
   -  Thursday December 24, 2020
   -  Friday December 25, 2020
   -  Thursday December 31, 2020
   -  Friday January 1, 2021
• The Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) will be closed on:
   -  Friday December 25, 2020
   -  Thursday December 31, 2020
   -  Friday January 1, 2021
