MIP recognizes De Clercq & Partners as Top Tier in Patent Prosecution

After being included in the list of ‘Highly Recommended in Trademark Prosecution’ earlier this year, Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) now also awarded De Clercq & Partners as ‘Tier 1 in Patent Prosecution’, the highest possible ranking.

The renowned MIP publishes rankings each year in several different categories. All rankings are based on extensive research conducted by a team of analysts who gather information from thousands of firms, IP practitioners and their clients. This information is collected through interviews, emails and online surveys. Moreover, the Patent Prosecution ranking in particular is based on protection and registration-related work. This includes protection strategy and portfolio management advice and IP Office proceedings such as oppositions and appeals.
