Ann De Clercq and Joost Muylle appear again in IP Stars individual rankings of MIP

Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) recently published this year’s IP Stars individual rankings, and we’re delighted to announce that for the sixth year in a row, both Ann De Clercq (Founding Partner, Patent Attorney) and Joost Muylle (Trademark & Design Attorney) are included in this highly respected list.

Ann has been singled out as a leading practitioner in patent prosecution, whereas Joost has received acknowledgement as a trailblazer in the area of trademark prosecution.

To compile the rankings, an experienced team of research analysts gathers information from thousands of firms, IP practitioners and their clients through interviews, email and online surveys. They also conduct independent research, including an analysis of publicly available information (such as court and IP office data) and thoroughly assess aspects such as expertise, workload, market reputation, track record, outcomes achieved for clients, and unique strengths in a given practice area.
