Ann De Clercq Elected to Board of Institute of Professional Representatives Before The epi

Exciting news! We would like to extend a warm congratulations to Ann De Clercq, our founding partner at De Clercq & Partners, on her recent election to the Board of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi) on May 2nd in Malmö, Sweden. Ann has been an elected Belgian epi council member for the past 9 years, and was recently re-elected for the next 3 years. As an epi council member, Ann is playing a crucial role in promoting the interests of European patent attorneys and shaping the future of European patent law.

In addition to her role as a council member, Ann has also been the Chair of the epi Biotech Committee for 20 years. Her expertise and leadership in this area have been invaluable to the organization and the broader intellectual property community.

We would also like to congratulate the other newly elected members of the epi Board, including Peter Thomsen, Katerina Hartvichova, Tiemen Reijns, Magdalena Augustyniak,  Zsolt Szentpéteri and Andreas Winter.
