Introducing Maud Verheyleweghen: Our Newest Team Member!

We are delighted to introduce Maud Verheyleweghen, the latest addition to our team at De Clercq & Partners.

Maud's journey in the world of patents began in 1998 when she started as a Paralegal in a prominent patent law firm. Over the years, she has developed a remarkable expertise in managing patent and supplementary protection certificate (SPC) files.

In 2004, Maud ventured into technology transfer at the esteemed Catholic University of Louvain (UCL/Sopartec), where she excelled in managing the university's patent portfolio. Her dedication and proficiency led her back to a patent law firm in 2008, where she climbed the ranks to become an Office Manager.

In 2022, Maud achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the European Patent Administrator Certificate from the European Patent Office (EPAC), further solidifying her position as a respected professional in the field of patent law.

Starting this month, Maud brings her wealth of experience and expertise to our stellar paralegal team at De Clercq & Partners. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to her as she joins our close-knit family.
