Tier 1 ranking for Patent Prosecution in Belgium!

Earlier this year, Managing IP awarded our Trademark department with a fantastic Tier 2 ranking for trademark prosecution in Belgium. Now, they have also released their latest rankings for the best patent prosecution firms in the world and De Clercq & Partners is proud to have once again reached Tier 1, the highest possible distinction in Belgium.

The renowned MIP publishes rankings each year in several different categories. All rankings are based on extensive research conducted by a team of analysts who gather information from thousands of firms, IP practitioners and their clients. This information is collected through interviews, emails and online surveys. Moreover, the Patent Prosecution ranking in particular is based on protection and registration-related work. This includes protection strategy and portfolio management advice and IP Office proceedings such as oppositions and appeals.
